• The maximum number of tickets you can apply for will be the number of tickets purchased last year.
  (If you purchased 4 tickets last year, you can apply for up to 4 tickets. If you purchased 4 tickets last year, you can apply for only 2 tickets.)
• Please apply using the name and EMTG ID (membership number) of the person who purchased last year.
• 昨年、公式チケットトレードにて該当公演のチケットを購入された方も対象となります。
  お申し込み後、会員番号・お名前・申込受付番号・昨年チケットトレードで購入した際のEMTG IDを「uver_info@neosoundwave.com」までご連絡ください。

• 昨年のご購入時とEMTG ID（会員番号）が変わっている場合
  お申し込み後、会員番号・お名前・申込受付番号・昨年 購入した際のEMTG IDを「uver_info@neosoundwave.com」までご連絡ください。（REVENGE MATCH 公演の申し込みである旨を明記ください）
• Those who have not purchased tickets for the Ai Plaza Toyohashi concert on August 8, 2018 through the fan club will not be considered winners even if they apply. Please be aware of this in advance and refrain from applying.
• 昨年 「同行者」としてご来場された方で昨年の購入者様が来場されない場合でも対応をさせていただきます。

• Applications cannot be cancelled or withdrawn after submission, and changes cannot be made to the details after acceptance has ended.
• Please make sure to enter the applicant's information in the Ticket Pia application form. The applicant will be the member associated with the membership number used to log in to the fan club site.
• Only members who have purchased tickets can enter the venue. Unauthorized resale and transfer of tickets is prohibited.
• If tickets have been illegally traded, you may be denied entry on the day.
• Commercial resale of tickets is strictly prohibited, and tickets that have been resold cannot be guaranteed to be valid.
• Members found to have engaged in fraudulent transactions will be at a disadvantage in future draws.

• Electronic tickets are for smartphones only. They are limited to smartphones with internet access and a mobile phone number starting with 090, 080, or 070 that is contracted in Japan. *For iPhones, an SMS contract is required.

• E-tickets will be issued two weeks before the performance. Details will be sent by email at a later date. Please set your email settings to receive emails from "emtg.jp".

• We cannot answer any inquiries regarding seats or lotteries.
